Such information is generally requested and provided when you register for meetings, donate to wrinunlv , or make purchases at our online store. Credit card information is obtained for the sole purpose of obtaining payment for items purchased at the online store, but it is not transmitted, used, or retained for any other purpose. We maintain this information on our secure servers for our internal processes only. Our registration forms require users to give us contact information that may include name, email address, format preference (HTML vs. text), address, interests, and similar information. We do not request or store sensitive information from our visitors, such as social security numbers.
The referral service for informing a friend about wrinunlv asks for the friend’s name and email address. The Society for Women’s Health Research will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site. The Society for Women’s Health Research stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email.
Correcting/Updating Personal Information:
If your information changes, or if you no longer desire to receive any information from us, please email us atwrinunlv. Upon receiving your request, we will remove your information from our databases.
