WRIN is a member of the National Council for the Research on Women, a network of institutions committed to improving the lives of women and girls.
  • Community Advisory Board

Since 1999, WRIN has brought innovative resources to the state including the NEW Leadership Nevada program, the Nevada Women’s Archives, the Las Vegas Women Oral History Program, and our newest—a collaboration with Vegas PBS on MAKERS: Women in Nevada. None of these accomplishments would be possible without the dedication of time, talent, and energy provided by those who volunteer to serve on our Community Advisory Board.

The Community Advisory Board represents women from diverse personal and professional backgrounds who make a significant investment in WRIN’s success and who have an interest in enhancing resources on and for women in our community and state. Community Advisory Board members meet regularly throughout the year and ad-hoc committees meet as needed. We hope you will take a moment to learn about each of these Board Members, as they are pivotal to our ability to do the work we do.
